We offer comprehensive wedding planning services, including venue selection, vendor management, budget planning, and day-of coordination. We specilaise in elegant intimate weddings, wedding and event styling for all event sizes, and our couples adore our all-inclusive "Collections", all the planning work is done for you. Simply select your date and location, and the LWC Perth team will take care of the rest.
Yes, we offer partial planning services for clients who have already completed some of the planning but need assistance with specific aspects of the wedding. Please make contact with us to discuss your exact requirements and if we are a suitable fit for your event, then we may quote accordingly.
Our pricing is customised to each event based on the scope of the event. We offer a complimentary consultation to discuss your vision to determine an accurate quote, we will then send through a personalized online proposal for your consideration.
To view the wedding planning, coordination and styling fees and inclusions, please visit the "Wedding Services" page where the three different levels of service are outlined. My service fee's are determined on the scope of the event, and if it is a custom design or one of our "collections". There is a lot more work that goes into custom wedding design, and our "collections" have been created using our existing team, at our well known venues where we work the majority of the time.
Yes, of course! As long as it is within the required time frames for the particular element. We like to be as flexible as possible as we understand and respect that it's a very special day.
Absolutely! I want you to have your dream day, and I know that some aspects of your wedding day i.e. Photography and Hair + Makeup, is a very personal choice. I will reach out to your selected vendors and introduce myself, and include them in all Event Production Schedules so they are across all the important details of the day. My current packages are ultimately priced for the anticipated usual amount of work involved, working alongside my regular vendor team. Therefore, additional fee's may apply for each external vendor you wish to engage, as it increases the scope and workload when engaging and communicating with new vendors that are not familiar working within my team or our regular venues.
I will work with you both to ensure that we meet the 30-day minimum (18-month maximum) requirement for the (NOIM) Notice of Intended Marriage Form, this will be our first priority once on-board, and there is an option to complete this form digitally.
Each event is structured slightly different, however, usually I may offer an interest-free payment schedule that looks like this;
- 30% deposit required within 14-days of booking package
- 50% 2nd payment between first and last payment
- 20% final payment required 30-days prior.
If its a shorter time frame, we require a 50% deposit within 14-days, and the 50% final payment 30-days prior, or if its a longer time frame, over 12-months we may offer a 30%, 20%, 30%, 20% plan.
We of course try to be as flexible as possible, so if there is a timeframe that works best for you, please advise us and we will endeavour to accommodate your request.
