We understand that some Couples thoroughly enjoy all aspects of planning their own wedding day, however when it comes to pulling it all together and coordinating on-the-day, they simply want to sit back, relax and enjoy one of the biggest moments together whilst handing over the reins to see all their efforts come to life, with the support of an experienced Wedding Planner & Coordinator to simply oversee all the final details and execution.
Our 12-Week Finishing Support service includes:
- Access to any last minute suppliers from when the service starts (minimum 12 weeks prior to event)
- Up to 2 meetings before the wedding for up to 2-hours each
- Unlimited phone, video call and email communication support from when the service starts
- Vendor liaison
- Guest list finalisation
- A detailed timeline via Event Production Schedules
- Assistance with table planning, dietary’s and detailed 2D floor plans
- 8-hours on the day coordination with venue and vendor management, decor and stationery setup with wedding planners emergency kit

Our Signature Planning Support includes:
- Venue and marquee sourcing
- Complete wedding ceremony and reception planning and styling design including vision boards and 2D floor plans
- Supplier sourcing (up to 15) and management *additional vendor by request at $150 per vendor
- Management of wedding budget and vendor payment reminders
- Vendor contract review and negotiation
- Full wedding stationary design and proofs, setup and management of personalised wedding website
- RSVP management
- Table planning with dietary requirements
- Unlimited Wedding Planning meetings as required
- Unlimited phone, video call and email communication
- Appointment scheduling
- Personalised online portal
- Guest accommodation support and information on local area
- A detailed timeline via Event Production Schedules distributed periodically as required
- 4-hours of marquee/supplier set up in the week running up to your wedding including ceremony rehearsal (if required)
- 10-hours on the wedding day coordination, venue and vendor management, oversee decor and stationery setup with wedding planners emergency kit
- 2-hours the day after for bump-out (if required)
