- Atalie Park, an Authorised Marriage Celebrant and award-winning Event Planner to Plan, Coordinate and Oversee your wedding event, and an Authorised Celebrant within my network to craft a personalised ceremony and Officiate your nuptials on-site, nearby venue, or your chosen Church.
- Complete Wedding Planning including vision boards and floor plans.
- Engagement with my immediate vendor team and/or supplier sourcing (up to 15). *Additional vendor fee $150.
- Management of wedding budget and payment reminders.
- RSVP management and guest accommodation support and information on local area.
- Quarterly meetings in person for up to 2-hours each (as required).
- Unlimited phone, video call and email communication support.
- A personal online portal with a wealth of information and access to your invoice, important questionnaires, helpful hints, tips and advice via electronic forms and emails throughout the planning journey
- A detailed timeline via event production schedule distributed to everyone involved.
- Assistance with table planning and dietary requirements.
- 4-hours the week before the wedding including ceremony rehearsal (if required).
- 12-hours on the day coordination, venue and vendor management, decor and stationary set up.
- Professional award-winning Master Wedding Photographer capturing all the special moments to share with loved ones and look back on forever, fully edited photos delivered via an online gallery (includes edited sneak peek photos delivered to you digitally within 24-hours of your marriage to announce to the world) *duration on the day will vary pending exact requirements.
- Professional Wedding Videography to include a beautiful 8-10 Minute Highlight Film, colour correction, drone footage vows + speeches (recording of vows and speeches blended into the edit), raw footage collection 2 x 30sec social media clip (Wedding) 1 x 30 sec social media clip (Engagement shoot), licensed Music (full library to licensed music or you may choose your own.) 2-hour Engagement Shoot *duration on the day will vary pending exact requirements.
- Two night's accommodation in an Elizabeth Quay or Langley Park Suite with breakfast for two and valet parking for one car daily and all the luxury amenities to truly indulge during your stay.
