What Do Our Rottnest Island Collections Include
Elopement Wedding Package Includes
- Atalie Park, Authorised Marriage Celebrant and award-winning Event Planner to craft a personalised ceremony and Officiate your nuptials with your choice of beach ceremony location. To include lodgement of legal paperwork, assistance with applying for your government issued Marriage Certificate, plan, coordinate your wedding event, submit and manage all the required Rottnest Island Authority applications on your behalf .
- Engagement with our immediate vendor team.
- 1 meeting in person before the wedding for up to 2-hours.
- Unlimited phone, video call and email communication support.
- All Rottnest Island Authority Applications submitted and managed.
- A detailed timeline via event production schedule distributed to everyone involved.
- 4-hours on the day coordination, venue and vendor management, decor and set up.
- Elopement beach wedding ceremony location of your choice, four beach locations around the island to choose from. *Plan B inclement weather options available during cooler months.
- Two legal witnesses may be provided if preferred for a " true elopement" wedding (Photographer/Videographer and HMUA).
- Two night's accommodation in an over-sized Beachfront King Suite with Bath- relax, soak up the sun, or get cozy in winter and stay a while.
- Professional award-winning Master Wedding Photographer capturing all the special moments to share with loved ones and look back on forever, fully edited photos delivered via an online gallery (includes edited sneak peek photos delivered to you digitally within 24-hours of your marriage to announce to the world) *4-hour duration on the day.
- Professional Wedding Videography to include a beautiful 2-3 Minute Highlight Film, colour correction, licensed music (full library with licensed music, or you may choose your own) *4-hour duration on the day.
- Enjoy getting pampered in your suite with your personal Hair + Editorial Makeup designer to create your individual look, with a trial at the Atwell Studio (trial optional).
- Celebrate your nuptials with a romantic a la carte lunch or dinner for two on-site at Lontara or Isola Restaurant. *Further options available depending on requirements and resort availability (additional).

Intimate Wedding Package Includes
- Atalie Park, Authorised Marriage Celebrant and award-winning Event Planner to craft a personalised ceremony and Officiate your nuptials (or an Authorised Celebrant within my network depending on the size of event) with your choice of beach ceremony location. To include lodgement of legal paperwork, assistance with applying for your government issued Marriage Certificate, plan, coordinate your wedding event, submit and manage all the required Rottnest Island Authority applications on your behalf.

- 2 meetings in person before the wedding for up to 2-hours.

What's not included:
- Return boat fares for Couple and any wedding guests to and from the island, guest accommodation, additional food and beverage and incidentals and activity charges during your stay at the Resort or around the Island.
- Any additional costs relating to applications and fees for ceremony location and photography/videography (with drone) through the Rottnest Island Authority.
- Vendor accommodation if required to stay the evening before of evening of event.
Interest-Free Payments
A typical interest-free payment schedule would look like this, depending on the timeframe;
30% Deposit due within 14-days when package confirmed
50% Payment due between first and last payment
20% Final payment due 30 days prior
*A fourth payment may be included if event is booked over 12-months (30%,20%,30%,20%)

- Elopement wedding available Monday - Thursday's only.
- Not available December, January and all WA School Holidays, or Rottnest Island Swim weekend (end of February).
- Accommodation discount may be extended to additional guests at the resort pending availability.
- Exclusive package pricing and inclusions will be customised via an emailed proposal on request, valid for 21 days.
- Full terms and conditions will be provided in conjunction with formal proposal.
