Our 8 Week Support service includes:
- Access to any last minute suppliers from when the service starts
- 2 meetings before the wedding for up to 2-hours each
- Un limited phone, video call and email communication support from when the service starts
- A detailed timeline of the wedding week and event production schedule
- Assistance with table planning, dietary’s and detailed floor plans
- 8-hours on the day coordination with venue and vendor management, decor and stationery setup

Partial Planning Support
For Couples that need a little assistance with finalising the elements, or filling some gaps in the planning journey, then sit back and enjoy a stress-free wedding event experience as it’s intended to be.
Our Partial Planning Support includes:
- Vendor sourcing (up to 5)
- Additional vendor by request at $150 per vendor
- 4 wedding planning meetings up to 2-hours each
- Unlimited phone, video call and email communication
- A detailed timeline of the wedding week and event production schedule
- Vision boards and detailed floor plans
- Wedding website, stationary and signage recommendations
- Assistance with table planning and dietary’s
- Ceremony rehearsal and reception setup
- 10-hours on the day wedding coordination, supplier management, decor and stationery setup
- 2-hours the day after event for bump-out if required

Full Planning Support
For Couples that want it all. They would love to leave all the details to the professionals, see their vision come to life, whilst enjoying a stress-free moment in time.
Our Full Planning Support includes:
- Venue and Marquee sourcing
- Complete Wedding Planning including vision boards and floor plans
- Supplier sourcing (up to 15) and management *Additional vendor by request at $150 per vendor
- Management of wedding budget and supplier payment reminders
- Full wedding stationary design and proofs, or setup of personalised wedding website
- RSVP management
- Regular monthly Wedding Planning meetings (up to 2-hours each)
- Unlimited phone, video call and email communication
- Guest accommodation support and information on local area
- A detailed timeline of the wedding week and event production schedule
- Table planning with dietary requirements
- 8-hours of marquee/supplier set up in the week running up to your wedding
- 4-hours the day before the wedding including ceremony rehearsal
- 12-hours on the wedding day coordination, venue and vendor management, decor and stationery setup
- 3-hours the day after for bump-out if required
